Support the BMRC

Help the BMRC build a sustainable future with a tax-deductible contribution (through our fiscal agent the University of Chicago). This is an opportunity to help ensure that the BMRC continues to preserve and make accessible materials that document African American and African diasporic culture, history, and politics. With your support the BMRC will become an important resource to the research community.

Ways to Contribute

Annual gifts can be made in a variety of ways:

Cash - Giving cash or a check is a convenient way to make a tax-deductible contribution.

Matching Gifts - Many US companies match their employees' gifts to qualified not-for-profit organizations. Some companies will double or triple the amount of an employee's gift.

Pledges - A multi-year pledge may allow you to make a larger contribution and pay it over a period of several years, thereby extending the tax benefits over the entire pledge period.
